Dance With Flair - Birthday Party Form

Basic Package $150: The Basic Package is for 10 children (including the birthday child). The cost is $10.00 for each additional guest (due to the custom ordering, all props are ordered at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Therefore, when exceeding the basic package, if a guest is absent, the cost is $5.00 and customer takes the extra props etc.). The package includes your invitations/thank you notes, paper products, gift bags, a prop for each dancer and accessories for the guest of honor. The 2 hour party will have 45 minutes of dance instruction. There will be another hour in the party room to eat cake, open presents and play games. During the last 15 minutes of the party, parents are invited to watch a performance of the dance.

Basic Plus Package $175.00: The Basic Plus Package includes everything in the Basic Package plus cake and drinks. The cakes are made by a private cake decorator and are customized for the theme of the party. Basic Plus Package? YES / NO

Costume Package: The Costume Package includes everything in the Basic Package but allows for you to pick out costumes for all the guests at Maggie’s Closet in downtown Oswego. For the Costume Package, please book your party at least 4 weeks in advance to make sure costumes can be ordered. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. There are no refunds.
